My “office” is based in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, out of Park Fitness Gym. In-person sessions are on offer for local clients through our hybrid programs.
Not in New York? All good! My online programs are available across the U.S. and beyond, so you can get tailored and high-level coaching wherever you are.

My hybrid programs blend in-person appointments with digital coaching, so I don’t keep traditional set clinic hours. Instead, I try to schedule sessions at times that work best for both of us, and build in a lot of flexibility in my schedule to accommodate your life and training.

Both! By training, I’m a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning coach. My services integrate running, strength training, movement, and lifestyle strategies to treat your whole body, rather than just your injury, and help you become a stronger runner.

The makeup and duration of each program varies from client to client, as every client has unique wants, needs, and goals. Therefore, the cost associated with each program also varies from person to person. We’ll talk through all the details of working together during your discovery call so you can know exactly what to expect.

Nope. Just a desire to feel better! Depending on your case and situation, we may need a formal doctor’s script somewhere down the road but it’s not a pre-requisite to get things started.

Totally cool. There’s a TON of different exercises and drills that don’t require a lot of equipment to execute well. Of course, the more exercise equipment you have access to, the more options we’ll have at our disposal. But you don’t need access to a full suite of gym equipment to begin your transformation today.
